A three-month strategic circle for small, purpose-led organisations carrying work that is ahead of its time. The Coherence Cohort offers clarity, peer support and structured guidance to stabilise your foundations, build social licence and move confidently into your next phase. It’s a space for leaders who are holding courageous, regenerative or community-rooted ideas to find alignment, legitimacy and momentum.
A 12-week leadership programme for individuals navigating thresholds in work, purpose or identity. This is for you if you feel called to lead in ways that are relational, adaptive and future-fit, even when the world around you feels uncertain. Through deep reflection, practical tools and steady guidance, you will develop the inner and outer capacities needed to lead in wild times with clarity, courage and coherence.
